Online Returns/Exchanges

Love Verse strives for our clients to be happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund or store credit for unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise that are returned within 7 days of delivery on select items (Shipping costs are non-refundable).

To see if you are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit please follow the instructions below...... 

1. Email us at info@lovemyverse.com within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

2. Please write in the subject "Return Inquiry", and in the message tell us your order number, name of the item you wish to return/exchange, along with the reason for return/exchange.

3. If you are approved instructions will be emailed back to you on how to proceed.

If you are approved for a return/exchange please be sure to ship out item/s by next business day so that your returns can arrive within the allowed time frame of eligibility. 

All Returns/Exchanges must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached. All jewelry, accessories, swimwear and Sale Items are FINAL SALE. If we find any signs of wear or defects on the merchandise, we reserve the right to not accept your return and the client will be responsible for returning said merchandise back to you.
