FREE Priority Shipping for U.S. orders on orders $200 or more

SHIPPING INFO

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, Monday - Friday.  After order is processed it will be shipped via USPS unless stated otherwise. Shipping time varies depending on location and your selection for shipping. All clients will receive a tracking number to track their order.

*Order subtotal must be at least $200 after all discounts have been applied to qualify for free shipping.

To guarantee that your order is delivered correctly, please verify your shipping address and email are correct. Love Verse LLC is not responsible for incorrect information provided at checkout or delays incurred by the shipping carrier. If your order is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment minus the shipping fee. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages. 

If your tracking information indicates your order has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS to file a claim. Love Verse LLC is not responsible for any orders that have been damaged, lost or stolen. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are applied once your order reaches the destination country, are the sole responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused or returned to us, will be refunded back to the original form of payment, minus the shipping fee.

Due to Covid-19, we are processing packages as quickly and safely as possible, so there may be a slight delay with shipping.
